4 bedroom/4.5 bath home at in Cullasaja Club sold for $905,000.
A 3.12 acre lot in Laurel Falls sold for $67,500.
A commericial property including a restaurant, gas station ,and convenience store located along Highway 64 in Sapphire Valley sold for $1,275,000.
